We have been the focus of His concern from before the Creation of the universe! Each person of the Godhead—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—has been involved in bringing us the grace in which we now stand. In view of all this, there is no way that a Christian can see himself or herself as insignificant, unimportant, or ineffectual. The focused energies of God have been spent on our redemption because in Christ we are significant to Him. We are important. And, with God’s Spirit present in us, we have the power to live “to the praise of His glory.”
